Post frame painting
Ive painted frames in the past using raddle can and was never really impressed with the outcome. Was going to go steer away from raddle can this time and actually use a compressor and what not. Just wondering if anyone can input their 2 cents who has used a compressor when painting frames, what techniques, type or paint, etc... Or if anyone knows someone who paints frames for fairly cheap, that would also be helpful.
Thanks,
Tim

I've painted two frames using a compressor and real spray gun, I used Sherwin Williams automotive paint and was happy with the outcome. You'll probably have to spend close to 100$ to get some good paint but its will worth it. Dont do it when its to cold because the paint will be thick and run, humidity also plays a big roll, not to sure how, I would look into that if I were you. Good luck and show us the results.

i assume its a strong coat being automotive paint and wont chip. Thats really my main concern.
